My favorite city without a doubt is New York City! Morning, afternoon, or in the evening there is always something to do in the city that never sleeps. I remember spending a weekend in the fabulous city that I will never forget. In a matter of 48 hours I went to a Yankees game, saw a Broadway show, went to several museums, and of course dined like a king! And of course, I did a lot of walking through those deep canyons made out of steel structures - yes, New York is the skyscraper capital of the world.
The public transportation was quick and efficient everywhere in the city. Our hotel overlooked the bright lights of Times Square. Additionally, I was able to spot a few celebrities along my travels. When I was in New York City I felt as though I was leading a race of some sort. Like the rest of the world had some catching up to do. What a feeling! I almost forgot to mention the pizza in New York City is second to none. What I would give to enjoy a massive slice right about now… New York you’re the best! |
