Fixing things is hard especially when you have no idea at all how to go about it. People have been known to destroy things even further when trying to fix them. It is for this reason that one should be careful when going along to fix something. i am not particularly good when fixing things so when something that belongs to me needs to be fixed all i can do is to get some one with the knowledge on how to go about it. I once tried fixing a phone that i thought needed slight attention only to realize that i could not hack it and all that was left to do is to go to a technician. That is when i learnt that it is OK to delegate work to those who are aware of how to fix something instead of wasting time. The day i was confronted with a problem in my mac mouse i wondered how do i fix my mac mouse. When i talked to a technician from apple i was told that you need to set apart all the mouse parts using a screw driver and clean them because dust can be what the problem is. After dusting you can put all the pieces together you will realize that your mac mouse should work. If it does not consult an Apple technician and you will get help.
