Importance of acquiring and having moral ethics when you are providing people with your services

Productivity in peoples professions is not only good so that you keep your job and even get a promotion. all these are important do not get me wrong, but there are other things that are gotten by being diligent and productive at work. When your employer says that you are productive it means that you do our work well without anyone checking up on you telling you what to do all the time. You work well whether someone is there to check on you or not. In some professions, this is deemed important because if you are not attentive and a holder of good work ethics, then you are going to have a big problem. If you are a doctor and you only do your job well when your superior is making rounds, then you are going to put a lot of lives in danger. If you work at the it support tyne and wear, you should do your job well even if there is no one watching you. This is because if you have been hired by a company to fix or upgrade their computers and you do a shoddy work, the company may end up losing a lot of data and you are going to be penalized for that. I believe that I would get a good and satisfied feeling at the end of the day if I did my work well without supervision from anyone.
