So many graduates are finding it hard to get employment ever since the economic recession that hit our country some years ago. Companies have not fully recovered from the effects of the recession and therefore they are not employing as many employees as they used to. Again, we lost so many other companies to recession and these could absorb so many graduates these days. However, we are still hopeful to get vacancies for these graduates and our government is doing so much each day in order to create some vacancies in the existing companies and parastatals. To get a job, a graduate can at leas register with a job centre near their home towns, an equivalent to Tamworth Herald Jobs center in my home town. When a vacancy is created in any company, these job centres are usually the first ones to know, and this will make it easy for graduates to know of the vacancy. The job centers are being run by the government and therefore graduates can trust then in their job search. Leaving your contacts with the job centre attendants is better so that they can contact you in case a vacancy comes up.
