When a new born baby is brought into this world, there is usually a lot of happiness surrounding the couples involved. The mother has a certain connection to the baby while the father feels the desire to protect and provide for his family. When the child grows up and is now ready for schooling, the parents ensure that they give him the best and encourage him to work hard. It is however very sad to know that fathers do not really know the rights they have towards their children, so if things do not work out and the couple seek for a divorce, he feels the best way is to just walk out of the family and forget about his children. The law considers the option for divorce and fathers rights, which is why a father must find out the rights which allow him to either take custody of the child or be given the permission to see his son despite the divorce case. Fathers should also be interested in finding out what it is that binds them together with his children.
